Job Description

Accountable for efficient performance witin an administrative team. General duties include conducting calls to doctor's offices and parents/patients for necessary referral corrections and/or inquiries while maintaining professionalism. Expected to have knowledge of Facebook use for response to inquiries regarding the referral process. Demonstrate competency with Google Sheets and maintenance of basic reports and duties. Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned. Must be comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment.


Basic level office experience (ex: filing, phone etiquete, computer, etc.) is preferred but not required.
Intermediate level experience with Google Sheets, social media messaging, and EMR systems is preferred but not required.
